I know I complain a lot about the passage of time. As a youth, it seemed to crawl by most days… there was always time to do things. To read, certainly, but also to play with friends, or go on trips, or do the endless list of chores my parents foisted on me.

So many chores.

These days? There isn’t enough time to do anything. I’m trying to learn a tool to help with my audio stories, and it’s taking forever, and I don’t have forever to learn this tool. I have books to write! I have stories to record! I have movies to shoot! I have so many things I need to do and I have time for exactly none of them.

Sigh.

Ah well. July wasn’t an awful month, I got a fair amount accomplished, and the podcast has now had over 500 downloads. Not great, not terrible, but it’s out there, being listened to by at least a few people, and hopefully those people like it and share it with others who will also like it. Didn’t sell any books in July, but three books were read through the Kindle Unlimited thingy, so even with no sales, my work is still circulating a little. So that’s nice.

Now to push my face into the cheese grater that is DaVinci Fairlight again. Gotta get the audio editing suite working for me!
